Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce web designing services and explain the benefits.
Respond to inquiries from potential clients and provide detailed information about services.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable web design packages and
solutions.
Schedule meetings or consultations for the sales team with interested clients.
Maintain an organized database of calls, follow-ups, and feedback using CRM tools.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while addressing client concerns.
