Job Description
Primary Task: To actively increase sales of our goods and services, find and develop new business prospects, and uphold enduring, solid client relationships in order to meet and surpass sales goals within the designated territory in Chennai and the neighbouring areas.
Responsibilities
Create and execute successful sales strategies that are suited to our target customer segments and the Chennai market.
Use a variety of methods, including as cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research, to aggressively pursue new sales prospects.
Actively seek out chances to cross-sell and upsell to current customers.
Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up to guarantee
a high degree of client satisfaction.
Keep yourself updated on market circumstances, rivalry, industry trends, and new possibilities in the Chennai area.
Respect all corporate rules, sales protocols, and moral standards.
Required Abilities:
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai and surrounding areas as required.
