Drive Consultative Growth: Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, but with a focus on "Solution Selling"—diagnosing deep-seated client pain points and prescribing value-based solutions rather than feature lists.
Market Intelligence Loop: Actively capture and relay competitor insights and customer feedback to the Product and Marketing teams, directly shaping our competitive strategy.
