Key Duties:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find possible customers by following up on marketing leads, cold calling, networking, and social selling on LinkedIn.
Client Presentations: Make sure you clearly communicate the Unique Selling Proposition
(USP) to important decision-makers through compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Relationship Management: Establish and preserve solid, enduring bonds with both new and current customers to guarantee recommendations and repeat business.
Negotiation and Closing: To finish deals while keeping healthy margins, handle objections and negotiate pricing, service level agreements, and contract terms.
Market Analysis: To spot new possibilities or threats, keep an eye on market conditions, competition activity, and industry trends.
Cooperation: Make arrangements with the Product, Marketing, and Support departments to guarantee that client needs are satisfied and input is incorporated into the product roadmap.
