Job Description
A high-octane sales professional, the telesales executive is in charge of generating income by speaking with both current and new clients over the phone. Closing the transaction is your main goal, unlike with regular telemarketing. From the first pitch to completing the payment, you will manage the complete sales cycle over the phone. You must be a persistent closer who thrives on meeting challenging daily and monthly goals, a master of persuasion, and an authority on the value of the product. In addition to being extremely resilient and driven by money, the ideal applicant has a "closer's instinct" that allows them to get past "no" and get a "yes."

Responsibilities
Direct Sales & Revenue Generation: Approach potential customers directly to sell goods or services, making sure that revenue goals and sales quotas are regularly reached.
Aggressive Pitching: Make powerful sales presentations that are centered on ROI and benefits that are customized to the unique needs and pain points of the client.
Lead Conversion: By following up consistently and negotiating strategically, turn marketing-qualified leads into

paying clients.
Handle objections and negotiate: Use sophisticated closing strategies to skillfully handle pricing resistance, rival comparisons, and hesitancy.
Upselling and Cross-selling: During the sales call, look for ways to boost order value by recommending premium or related products.
PaymentProcessing: Guide clients through the last steps of the transaction, guaranteeing safe payment receipt and precise order records.
Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM's sales pipeline in good shape by classifying leads according to their "temperature" and setting up prompt callbacks.

Skills:
Closing Mastery: The capacity to conclude deals under pressure and request orders.
Persuasive communication is characterized by exceptional verbal fluency and the capacity to establish an immediate relationship with unfamiliar people.
The ability to bounce back from more than fifty rejections in a day and maintain a positive attitude for the next call.
