Job Description
The primary duty of a telesales executive is to use convincing phone conversations to turn potential leads into paying customers. Converting a sales pitch into a final "first-off" transaction or closed agreement is the primary goal of this position. The Executive is in charge of closing deals over the phone, negotiating prices, and outlining the worth of the product. Every call must be carefully tailored to the unique needs and pain points of the consumer in order for the sales team to sustain a dependable, high-revenue production run.

Responsibilities
Direct Sales Pitching: Use dynamic phone sales presentations to persuade prospective customers to buy goods or services.
Closing & Negotiation: During the conversation, handle pricing negotiations and apply authorized discounts to get the customer's full commitment.
Lead management: To optimize sales conversion, sort

through daily calling batches to find high-value prospects and rank follow-ups.
Order processing: To guarantee a flawless transaction, accurately input sales information and payment information into the system.
Performance Calibration: Monitor individual "conversion rates" and sales targets to make sure daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets are fulfilled.

Skills:
Sales Closing Expertise: The capacity to confidently address challenging objections and make the deal.
Proficiency in vocal modulation and persuasive language is essential for effective communication in order to sway client decisions.
Product knowledge is the ability to swiftly understand and communicate complex product aspects in an engaging way.
