Telesales Competent Expert in Converting Clients
Job Description
Duties:
Sales Conversion: Make end-to-end sales calls to potential clients, using persuasive selling and closing strategies to convert leads into paid acquisitions.
Outbound Prospecting: Maintain a strong sales pipeline by making a lot of outbound calls to "warm" and "cold" leads.
Product Presentation: Clearly outline the features and advantages of the product while customizing the discussion to address the unique "pain points" of each client.
Handling objections: Address consumer worries about pricing, competition, or timing by using your sophisticated negotiating abilities to persuade them to make a transaction.
Revenue Goals: Regularly meet or surpass Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) goals and daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
/>Upselling and cross-selling increase the Average Order Value (AOV) by analyzing client needs and recommending premium versions or related products.
Focus Skills:
Persuasion and Closing: Demonstrated capacity to make the sale request and manage the pressure of "closing the deal."
Verbal Fluency: Outstanding communication abilities that enable one to establish rapport and project authority when speaking over the phone.
Resilience: The capacity to sustain optimal energy levels throughout an extended calling shift and a high degree of perseverance.
