Finding and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and upholding high customer satisfaction are the responsibilities of the high-energy, results-driven sales executive. From the first pitch to the last close, you will serve as the company's face and the main point of contact with clients. To reach and surpass monthly and annual sales targets, this profession demands a combination of strategic thinking, perseverance, and interpersonal skills. The ideal applicant is a natural "hunter" who feels at ease making cold calls, networking, and giving compelling presentations to a variety of groups.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Use social media, networking, cold calling, and market research to actively look for new sales prospects.
customer Presentations: Create and deliver polished product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value proposition and address customer concerns.
Negotiation & Closing: To ensure that deals are closed on schedule, handle objections and negotiate contract terms and pricing to arrive at a "win-win"
solution.
Account management: Establish and preserve enduring connections with current customers to promote referrals and repeat business.
Pipeline Management: Keep a well-organized sales pipeline and document every action in the CRM system, from lead generation to conversion.
Market analysis: Keep abreast of market circumstances, competitor activity, and industry trends to modify sales strategies.
Sales Reporting: Give management regular updates and reports on sales results, projections, and consumer input.
Skills:
Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities and the capacity to persuade others.
Resilience: Having an optimistic outlook and being able to deal with rejection without losing enthusiasm.
Negotiation: Excellent capacity to resolve price disputes and seal agreements without sacrificing brand value.
