Sales Expert Take a Lead Position in the Future
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance metrics.
Prospecting: Actively identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, social selling, market research, and lead qualification.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points and business objectives, effectively positioning the company's solutions to meet those needs.
Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
Market Feedback: Gather and relay market intelligence, competitive activity,
and client feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
Documentation: Prepare and submit sales reports, expense reports, and other necessary administrative documents in a timely manner.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Proven negotiation and closing abilities.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and resilient professional.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of sales activities.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
