Job Description
What you do:
Target Achievement: Regularly achieve or surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas.
Prospecting: Use cold calling, networking, lead follow-up, and market research to actively find, qualify, and secure new business possibilities.
Account management: Oversee a portfolio of current customers while looking for chances to cross-sell and upsell.
CRM Usage: Use the company's CRM system to keep accurate and current sales data, customer
interactions, and pipeline forecasts.
Analysis of the Market: To properly position products, keep up with market changes, competitor activity, and industry trends.
Reporting: Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports that include information on pipeline status, performance indicators, and sales activity.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: Best in the Industry
