Sales Executive Assume a Managerial Role
Job Description
A high-energy, results-oriented professional, the sales executive is in charge of finding new business prospects, cultivating enduring client relationships, and hitting revenue goals. From prospecting and lead qualifying to negotiating and completing transactions, this position encompasses the full sales lifecycle. The ideal applicant is a persuasive communicator who can clearly explain the value proposition of the company's goods or services and who is aware of the needs of the client. As the company's spokesperson, you will continuously increase market share and customer happiness while maintaining a favorable brand image.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Use cold phoning, networking, social media (LinkedIn), and field trips to proactively find and qualify new sales prospects.
Client Presentations: Persuade prospective customers via sales presentations and product demonstrations, customizing the pitch to their unique "pain points."
Relationship management: Create and preserve enduring bonds with current customers
to promote referrals and repeat business.
Negotiation & Closing: To successfully close sales, professionally handle objections and negotiate contract terms, price, and service level agreements.
Market intelligence: Keep abreast of market circumstances, competition activity, and industry trends to offer input for strategy and product development.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Give management weekly or monthly sales reports and keep an accurate pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
Skills:
Persuasion and Communication: Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to sway judges.
Grit and resilience: an optimistic outlook and the capacity to deal with rejection while continuing to be very active.
Analytical Skills: The capacity to evaluate consumer feedback and sales data in order to improve sales strategies.
Tech Savvy: Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and PowerPoint/Keynote presentation tools.
