The goal of the high-performance sales position of a telesales executive is to close deals and make money over the phone. The Telesales Executive is in charge of the full sales cycle, from the first pitch to the last payment or contract signature, in contrast to telemarketing, which frequently concentrates on lead generation. A "closer" mindset, outstanding negotiating abilities, and the capacity to quickly establish confidence with clients are all necessary for this position.
