Job Description
What you do:
Outbound Calling: To market and sell goods and services, make a lot of cold calls to prospect lists, qualified leads, and current client databases.
Lead Qualification: To concentrate efforts on high-potential possibilities, quickly qualify leads by ascertaining consumer needs, purchasing power, and budget.
Afterward: To nurture leads and complete outstanding sales transactions, plan and carry out follow-up phone calls or emails.
Customer Needs: Recognize the problems that customers face and offer suitable
solutions to ensure a successful sales experience.
Product Expertise: Keep up-to-date, thorough knowledge of all items, prices, promotions, and offerings from competitors.
Compliance: Strictly follow all sales scripts, corporate guidelines, and legal requirements, especially those pertaining to data privacy and telemarketing.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 15K for Freshers and Negotiable for Experienced
