Job Description
We are seeking a persuasive and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Chennai. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote our products and services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
Clearly and effectively explain product/service features, benefits, and value propositions in a compelling manner.
Answer customer inquiries, provide relevant information, and address concerns professionally and accurately.
Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up
calls or meetings for further sales conversion.
Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Skills:
Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs quickly.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales goals.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent.
Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
