Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, proactive customer service, and account management.
Track and analyze sales performance
against targets.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports on sales activities and pipeline development.
Skills:
Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of success in achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to analyze market data and identify new business opportunities.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
