Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Direct Sales Conversion: Complete the entire sales process over the phone to turn leads into clients who will pay for goods or services.
Closing and Negotiation: Manage intricate discussions about prices, discounts, and packages to get the best deal for both the client and the business.
Prospecting and Qualifying: Sort calls according to conversion probability by reviewing lead lists to find high-potential clients.
Product Demonstration: Clearly state technical features and advantages while employing persuasive language to convey a sense of urgency or necessity.
Payment Processing: Help clients complete the last stage of the transaction, making sure that all contract conditions
and payment information are correctly documented.
CRM Accuracy: Keep thorough records of all interactions, including follow-up dates, successful closes, and customer objections, in the CRM system.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
