Job Description
Duties:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Use networking, cold phoning, social selling (LinkedIn), and following up on queries from marketing to proactively find and qualify possible leads.
Client Presentations: Conduct persuasive product demos and sales presentations that are customized to the prospect's unique pain areas, either in person or virtually.
Negotiation & Closing: Take the lead in negotiating terms, prices, and delivery to guarantee a "win-win" solution that ensures sustained business.
Relationship Management: Identify "upselling" or "cross-selling" opportunities and perform routine check-ins to maintain and expand current accounts.
CRM Management: To guarantee precise forecasting, closely monitor all sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions
in the CRM (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
Market intelligence: Keep an eye on price patterns, market changes, and competitor activity to give the product and marketing teams input.
Focus Skills:
Persuasion & Influence: The capacity to establish rapport fast and persuade stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Resilience: The ability to withstand rejection and persevere through protracted sales cycles with a thick skin and an optimistic outlook.
Communication: Outstanding writing and vocal communication abilities for business emails and pitches.
