Who you are:
Use social media (LinkedIn), cold phoning, networking, and field trips to proactively find and qualify new sales prospects. Persuade prospective customers using sales presentations and product demonstrations, customizing the pitch to target their unique "pain points." Establish and preserve enduring connections with current customers to promote referrals and repeat business. To successfully close sales, professionally handle objections and negotiate contract terms, price, and service level agreements. Give management weekly and monthly sales data and keep an accurate pipeline in the CRM. To guarantee a seamless onboarding process and resolve
any initial client concerns, collaborate with the customer success or technical teams. Regularly meet or surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
