Job Description:
We are hiring motivated and energetic individuals for the role of Semi-Voice Process Executive. This role includes a blend of live chat support, email handling, and occasional voice calls to resolve customer queries. Ideal for candidates who enjoy both written and verbal communication but prefer limited call volume.

Job Type: Full-Time
Process: Semi-Voice (Chat + Limited Calling)
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers via chat, email, and occasional calls
Follow up on customer interactions when necessary
Meet daily performance targets and quality benchmarks
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Basic knowledge of customer service principles
Proficient in MS Office, typing speed 30–35 WPM
Ability to handle multitasking between
chat and call platforms
Good listening skills and attention to detail
Problem-solving attitude and a calm demeanor
Qualifications:
Any Graduate B.Com ,B.B.A,B.A
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years’ experience in BPO/Customer Support are encouraged to apply
Candidates with prior chat, email, or voice support experience will be preferred
Salary Package:
₹16,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on experience and shift)

5 or 6 Days Working
Rotational Shifts (Day / Night / Mid)
