Job Title: Customer Support Executive – English Voice Process
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience:
Fresher: Encouraged to apply
Experienced: 6 months to 2+ years in voice process/customer service preferred
Salary Range:
Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Experienced: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000+ (based on skills and previous experience)
Incentives based on performance
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Diploma / Undergraduate (with good English communication)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in English
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information about products, services, or technical support
Maintain call quality and follow call scripts/guidelines

Document customer interactions in CRM systems
Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels when necessary
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication in English
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge & typing skills
Patience, empathy, and professionalism on calls
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day/night)
Working Days:
5 days a week (based on company policy)
Rotational shifts including weekends or night shifts
