We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Non-Voice Customer Support team. In this role, you’ll handle customer queries via emails and chat platforms, ensuring quick, accurate, and high-quality responses.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via email and chat support
Ensure professional, accurate, and timely communication
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
Maintain records of customer interactions

Key Skills Required:
Excellent written English communication
Good typing speed (45+ WPM with accuracy)
Strong problem-solving and comprehension skills
Ability to multitask and work in a team
Familiarity with customer service tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred)
