Role Overview:

As a Quality Control Analyst - AR at Healthcare Management Services Private Limited,.



your role involves managing day-to-day activities of Denials Processing, Claims follow-up, Customer Service, and ensuring that project-related quality processes are followed by associates.



It is your responsibility to ensure that client-specific metrics and internal metrics are achieved.



You will provide coaching to employees, track and trend data for improvement.



Key Responsibilities:



- Participate in client calls to understand the quality requirements both from a process perspective and for targets

- Identify methods to achieve quality targets and implement them in consultation with the operations manager or team manager

- Collect data on individual transactions (chart, claim, EOBs, etc.) to identify errors

- Provide face-to-face feedback and send emails with details of errors on a daily basis

- Coach employees to minimize errors and improve performance

- Provide inputs to the training team on common mistakes made to enhance the training curriculum

- Test files/batches for new

clients/processes to be processed as part of familiarization

- Generate QA reports on a daily basis

- Ensure the attainment of internal and external SLAs as per the defined process

- Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures

- Conduct extensive quality experience audits, coaching, and training as per the process defined

- Have a minimum of 1.5 years of professional and relevant experience

- Possess sound knowledge in Healthcare concepts

- Demonstrate excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

- Exhibit critical problem-solving and issue resolution abilities

- Have good product and process knowledge

- Conduct quality feedback/refresher sessions

- Prepare and maintain quality status reports



Qualification Required:



- Must have a minimum of 1.5 years of professional and relevant experience

- Sound knowledge in Healthcare concepts

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal

- Critical problem-solving and issue resolution skills

- Good analytical and judgmental skills

- Good product and process knowledge
