Leading Inj. molding Plastics Industry
Role : QMS Executive / Engineer
Location: Chennai
Experience Required : 1- 3 Years
Industry: Inj. Mold Products
Roles & Responsibility:
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, etc.).
Support internal audits, management reviews, and document control activities.
Prepare and update SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and process flow diagrams.
Monitor and ensure
adherence to QMS standards in production and testing processes.
Coordinate with departments for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on audit findings or customer complaints.
Maintain quality records such as NCRs, calibration logs, training records, and process inspection reports.
Assist in customer audits and third-party audits by preparing required documentation and data.
Conduct periodic internal audits and follow up on non-conformance closures.
Support continuous improvement activities such as 5S, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
