Property Maintenance Technician
PeopleReady ofRaleigh, NC is now hiring Property Maintenance Technicians! As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the entire property.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Property Maintenance Technician:
• Solve maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Refresh units by installing new appliances, carpeting, and lighting
• Prepare and paint walls
•
Record maintenance activities and determine schedule for upgrades
• Restore door locks and key systems
• Perform minor construction and/or carpentry work
Available shifts:
Shift Timings:1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
• Minimum one year of general maintenance work experience preferred
• Own tools of the trade and be able to bring them to the jobsite
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Must have a resume and be ready to interview, must have experience in Maintenance or be open to learn.
