Job Description:
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-Time | Rotational Shifts / Day Shifts
Process Type: Inbound / Outbound Tamil Voice Process (Domestic / Semi-International) Qualification:
Education: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Graduate
Language: Fluent in Tamil (mandatory), basic English or Hindi is a plus
Experience: 0 to 2 years
(Freshers can apply; BPO experience is an added advantage)
Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (for freshers)
₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (for experienced candidates)
Incentives: Performance-based (optional)

Job Responsibilities:
/>Handle incoming or outgoing customer calls in Tamil.
Assist customers with product/service inquiries, complaints, or feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
Resolve customer issues quickly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow call center scripts and quality standards.
Meet daily/weekly targets (calls handled, resolution rate, etc.)
Key Skills Required:
Good verbal communication in Tamil
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Customer handling skills
Ability to work in shifts
Patience and problem-solving attitude
Optional:
Shift: Day / Rotational / Night shift (depending on the company)
Week Off: Rotational / 5-day working
