Now Hiring: Back-End Support Associate – Non-Voice Process
Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented candidates to join our Non-Voice Process Team. The role involves handling customer queries via email, chat, or internal ticketing systems. You will work behind the scenes to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries through chat or email
Resolve issues as per company guidelines and service timelines
Maintain customer records and update system entries
Coordinate with internal teams for faster resolution

Skills Required:
Good written English communication
Typing speed (35-40 WPM preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
Patience and attention to detail
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required)

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
Experience: Freshers or 0–1 Year
Location: Chennai
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Salary: 18k to 22k
