Join as a Tamil Voice Process Executive – Customer Support Role in Chennai
Job Description:
We are looking for passionate individuals fluent in Tamil to join our customer service team. As a Tamil Voice Process Executive, you will handle inbound or outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, complaints, or service-related concerns.
Process: Voice – Tamil (Inbound / Outbound Support)
Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil.
Resolve customer queries related to products or services.
Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone on calls.
Update customer interaction details in the system.
Meet call quality and customer satisfaction metrics.
Required Skills:
Fluent in Tamil (Mandatory).
Basic understanding of English or Hindi is a plus.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Confidence to handle customers over the phone.

Basic computer knowledge and typing.
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
Freshers are welcome.
Prior voice process experience is an added advantage.
Salary Package:
₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Depending on experience and shift).
Incentives + Bonus for performance and targets.
Attendance Bonus or Referral Bonus (if applicable).
Working Days & Shift:
5 or 6 Days Working.
Rotational Shifts (Day / Evening / Night).
Weekly Off: 1 or 2 Days (Rotational).
Day Shift available for Tamil regional process.
