Job Description:
We are hiring for a Customer Support Executive role involving both voice (inbound/outbound calls) and non-voice (email/chat support) processes. The candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues via calls and chat, and provide support related to services, billing, or technical troubleshooting (depending on the project).
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through voice calls, emails, and chat
Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling queries

Update customer records and document issue resolution
Coordinate with internal departments for escalations if needed
Meet daily targets for call/chat handling and quality
Skills Required:
Good spoken and written English communication
Typing speed: 40-45 WPM
Basic computer and email handling skills
Patience and ability to multitask
Willing to work in night/rotational shifts
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹22,000/month (based on experience)
