Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Non-Voice Customer Support team specializing in Email and Chat communication. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 0 to 3 Years
Salary: Best in Industry (Based on experience and interview performance)
Qualifications:
Any Graduate (BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BCA, B.Tech, etc.)
Undergraduates with good communication skills can also apply
Skills Required:
Excellent written English communication skills
Typing speed of
at least 30 WPM with high accuracy
Basic knowledge of email/chat platforms
Customer service mindset and ability to resolve issues efficiently
Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required)
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, etc.)
Shift:
Rotational shifts (Day/Night), 5 days working
Week off on rotation
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues efficiently with a focus on first-contact resolution
Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt solutions
