Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Voice Process team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process (English)
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through voice calls in English.
Resolve issues related to products, services, or accounts.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Maintain
call logs and update customer information in the system.
Follow standard operating procedures and company policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good command of English (spoken and comprehension).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience and company).
Additional incentives and performance bonuses may apply.
Working Days & Hours:
6 days a week (rotational week-off)
Rotational shifts (Day/Night shifts may apply)
