Job Description:
As an AR Caller, you will play a crucial role in the healthcare industry, specifically in the realm of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). You'll be responsible for communicating with insurance companies and patients to ensure timely payment of medical bills.
Responsibilities:
Engage in timely and effective communication with insurance companies and patients regarding medical billing and claims.
Handle denial management efficiently, ensuring resolutions are
achieved promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the end-to-end process in Revenue Cycle Management is smooth and optimized.
Keep accurate records of all communications and transactions related to accounts receivable.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Prior experience in Physician Billing and Denial Management is highly preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Familiarity with the end-to-end process in Revenue Cycle Management is an added advantage.
