Job Description
Responsibilities
Answer emails and chat requests from customers in a timely and professional manner.
Give customers comprehensive information about their orders, replacement purchases, and repair services.
Help clients with warranty claims and describe how to take advantage of any available coupons. Take care of purchase cancellation refunds and address any other issues.
Assist and guide users through the website for any needs they may have, including purchases.
Efficiently handle and rectify consumer concerns to guarantee elevated levels of contentment.
Keep yourself
informed about the latest goods and services that the e-commerce portal has to offer.
Precisely record consumer communications and comments.
Work together with other departments and team members to find solutions for challenging problems.
Meet performance goals and abide by the service level agreements (SLAs) that the business has established.
