Email & Chat Process- International BPO
Job description :
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
Provide product or service information, handle complaints, and process requests.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with client guidelines, data privacy, and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to higher levels or relevant departments.
Meet process KPIs such as
response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Adapt to different client requirements and cultural communication styles.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Education: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Freshers welcome; previous BPO/chat/email support experience is a plus.
Excellent written English skills with proper grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
Typing speed of 30-40 WPM with high accuracy.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or ticketing software
