Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for Email and Chat Support for international customers. The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Responsibilities
Provide email and chat-based support to international customers
Respond to customer queries in a clear, professional, and
timely manner
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Resolve basic issues or escalate to the relevant team when needed
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service delivery
Requirements
0 to 2 years of experience in customer support (freshers are welcome)
Strong English reading and writing skills
Good communication skills
Any educational background is acceptable
Willingness to attend a direct face-to-face interview
