We are looking for a BPO Domestic Voice Process Executive (Fresher) to handle inbound and outbound customer calls for domestic clients. This role is ideal for freshers who want to start their career in the BPO industry.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Provide information and resolve customer queries
Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction
Update customer details accurately in the system

Requirements :
Any graduate / 12th / diploma
Fresher or 0–1 year experience
Good communication skills in English & Tamil
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
