**Position:** Assistant Manager - Assembly Production
**Location:** Sriperumbudur (Pillaipakkam SIPCOT)
Key Responsibilities:
1. contact daily plan Vs actual review meeting
2. review & monitoring COPQ & actual take necessary action
3. review & monitoring manpower sanction Vs actual
4.maintain as per COPQ target
5. New project handling & safe lanch
6. daily plan Vs actual review & monitoring.
7. Implementing jig & fixture for
new project & improvement activity
8. Manpower performance monitoring.
9. daily line rejection monitoring improvement activity
10. monitoring inventory level & ensure the material available when needed.
11. Supervises the safe & efficient conduct of manufacturing operation
12. Develop & leads a team of employees
13. Audit coordination for customer & in process.
