Key Responsibilities:
Start making outgoing phone calls to insurance companies to find out how submitted claims are progressing.
Take the proper steps, such as calling payers to dispute rejected claims, offer further details, or fix mistakes.
Keep abreast on the particular billing rules, regulations, and
practices of India's different insurance payers.
Determine and bring up complicated billing problems or patterns with the manager or AR lead.
Manage and monitor AR operations effectively by using phone systems and medical billing software.
In all correspondence with payers, protect patient privacy.
Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
