Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our medical billing team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of medical claims and improving the overall quality of our billing operations
Requirements:
Conduct audits of medical records, coding, and billing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards (e.g., CPT, ICD-10, HIPAA).
Identify and investigate coding errors, billing errors, and other discrepancies. Conduct root cause analysis to determine the origin of errors
Analyze audit findings, identify trends
and patterns in errors, and generate reports on quality performance
Skills:
Strong understanding of medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.
Experience with medical billing and insurance reimbursement procedures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
