is a back-end, non-voice job perfect for those who are comfortable working on systems without direct customer calls.
Skills Required (Simple Terms):
Basic knowledge of medical billing or healthcare terms (training provided)
Typing speed and accuracy
Good reading and understanding skills in English
Knowledge of MS Excel and computer basics
Focused, patient, and willing to learn
Ready to work in night/rotational shifts
