Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Voice Process Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
Answer inbound calls professionally and efficiently to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide appropriate solutions.
Accurately document customer interactions, including call details, resolutions, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records
in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
Active listening skills and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
Ability to build rapport with customers and handle difficult situations professionally.
Patience and empathy in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
