Are you a Chennai-based, highly analytical, and process-oriented AR analyst with extensive knowledge of US medical billing, a track record of conducting in-depth denial analysis, seeing trends, and creating winning plans to maximise collections and expedite the revenue cycle?
Become an AR Analyst for our company in Chennai and join our cutting-edge Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. In order to develop solutions that improve collection efficiency and maximise revenue for our US healthcare clients, you will play a key role in analysing complicated accounts receivable data, determining the underlying reasons for denials and underpayments, and working with several teams. A strategic thinker with a strong interest in data-driven problem-solving in the RCM space would be perfect for this role.
Responsibilities:
To identify important regions of income
loss, use a variety of billing system reports.
In team meetings, report findings and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
Collaborate with clients to comprehend their unique billing procedures and offer suggestions for process improvement on their end.
Take part in putting new policies, processes, and workflows into place to improve collection rates and billing accuracy.
Inform the appropriate teams of important payer revisions.
Qualification:
Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to complex issues.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet stringent deadlines.
Willingness to work in night shifts as per business requirements.
Education: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
