Who you are:
In order to obtain reimbursement, contest denials, and settle payment disparities, the AR Caller is in charge of regularly following up with insurance payers on unresolved medical claims. In order to ensure the effective collection of all invoiced medical
services, this position is essential to the revenue cycle management (RCM) process. Determine whether the payer has repaid less than the agreed-upon rate, then follow up to get the full amount.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
