Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on unresolved claims by making outbound calls to patients and insurance companies.
Investigate and address underpayments, rejections, and claim denials.
Examine Explanation of
Benefits (EOBs) for inconsistencies and problems with payments.
Discuss payment plans with patients and insurance providers.
Answer questions from patients about billing and payment concerns.
Make sure that HIPAA and other healthcare laws are followed.
Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
