Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sr. Executive in Medical Billing to join our growing team. As a Sr. Executive in Medical Billing, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely revenue cycle management for our healthcare organization.
Requirements:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the medical billing department, ensuring efficient and accurate revenue cycle management.
Develop and implement strategies to improve billing accuracy, reduce denials, and accelerate cash flow.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of medical claims to insurance companies and other payers.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of medical billing specialists.
Recruit,
train, and develop the skills of billing staff.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of medical billing and coding procedures (CPT, ICD-10-CM).
Strong understanding of insurance reimbursement methodologies and payer contracts.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and practice management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex billing issues.
