The proper and timely entry of patient demographic and insurance data, which serves as the basis for the entire medical billing process, depends on this entry-level position. Responsibilities:
Check the accuracy and completeness of insurance and patient data from several sources.
By cross-referencing papers or marking for clarification, you can find and fix any inconsistencies
or missing information.
Digitally attach pertinent supporting documentation to patient records.
According to HIPAA regulations, keep all patient health information (PHI) strictly confidential.
Respect established workflows, quality standards, and data entry protocols.
Help with basic quality checks and data validation.
Organise patient demographic data in both digital and physical forms.
Qualification:
Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work on repetitive tasks without compromising accuracy.
Strong organizational skills.
Basic communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Education: Any Basic Degree
