Strengthen your professionally as an AR Analyst
Job Description
High-level financial analysis and the settlement of unresolved insurance claims are within the purview of the AR Analyst in Medical Billing, a senior-level revenue cycle specialist. The AR Analyst delves deeply into data to find systemic rejection trends, manage intricate aging buckets, and maximize overall Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) performance, in contrast to an AR Caller who concentrates on high-volume follow-ups. As a strategic problem-solver, you will endeavor to recover "stuck" revenue and give the front-office and development teams useful input. The ideal applicant is proficient in Excel, knowledgeable about US healthcare reimbursement schemes, and skilled in reversing intricate clinical and technical denials.

Responsibilities
Aging Report Analysis: Sort high-dollar, high-age claims by payer, specialty, or denial type by analyzing monthly AR aging reports.
Complex Denial Resolution: Look into and address high-level denials that call for clinical rationale, such as medical necessity, non-covered services, and bundled payments.
Trend Identification: To find errors in the billing or coding process and recommend systemic

changes, conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) on recurrent denials.
Credentialing & Contract Issues: Determine and fix claims that have been delayed because of payer contract configuration problems or provider credentialing gaps.
Appeal Strategy Development: Create personalized administrative and clinical appeal letters, making sure to include all required medical records and supporting documentation.
Credit Balance Management: To guarantee adherence to federal and state laws pertaining to credit balances, investigate and handle overpayments and refunds.

Skills:
Advanced Analytics: Expert knowledge of data visualization tools and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
Compliance expertise includes a thorough understanding of the No Surprises Act, OIG regulations, and HIPAA.
Comprehensive Coding Knowledge: A solid grasp of worldwide surgery packages and NCCI (National Correct Coding Initiative) modifications.
Strategic Communication: The capacity to influence payer behavior and provide executive leadership with financial statistics.

We invite you to apply and explore this exciting opportunity!
