Job Description
Primary Task: To efficiently handle and settle unresolved medical claims by getting in touch with insurance companies, investigating underpaid or rejected claims, contesting denials, and making sure that medical providers from our Chennai office are paid on time.
Responsibilities
To find out the status of unpaid or underpaid medical claims, start making outbound calls to different US insurance companies.
Keep your to-do list neat and effectively manage a portfolio of assigned accounts.
Contact patients sometimes to get the information you need or to address any confusion.
Create reports on the progress
of ARs, claims that have been handled, and follow-up actions every day or every week.
Take part in feedback sessions and quality checks to keep improving performance.
Required Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Patience, persistence, and a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for basic data tracking.
