Job Summary:
We are looking for AR Callers to follow up on insurance claims with US healthcare providers. This role involves making outbound calls to resolve denied or pending claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Call insurance companies in the US to follow up on claims
Understand denial reason and take appropriate action
Document calls and update claim status
Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Coordinate with the billing
team for claim resubmissions
Skills Required:
Good English communication (verbal and written)
Understanding of US healthcare terms (preferred)
Basic knowledge of medical billing and RCM process
Willingness to work in night shifts
Freshers with good communication can apply
