Job Description
Responsibilities:
Prior to entering, confirm that all information is accurate and comprehensive by comparing it to patient records and doctor paperwork.
Respect payer-specific regulations, company policies, and medical billing guidelines to the letter.
Mark any unclear or missing paperwork that would prevent proper charge entry.
Report any chronic documentation difficulties, software bugs, or systemic problems to the manager or team lead.
Reach or surpass weekly/daily productivity goals
and turnaround times for charge entry.
Skills:
strong aptitude for numbers and the ability to verify data.
