Medical Billing Knowledge: Understanding common remark codes (CO, PI, OA) and HIPAA requirements.
The capacity
to identify differences between the amount allowed and the amount billed is known as attention to detail.
Software Proficiency: Knowledge of medical billing programs such as eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Athena, or Epic.
